INSURANCE INFORMATION 

The AECC does not carry any accident insurance for its programs. In case of injury, each participant's insurance is responsible for paying any medical bills. By signing below, I acknowledge that the AECC is not responsible for any injuries that occur when participating in AECC programming.

Adult Hoops Club Policies:

Please note the following:

• Sign-In is required each session

• Bringing non-members is against policy and not allowed. All members but be registered prior 5pm the day of each session.

• Any verbal or physical altercations will result in removal of current and future adult club opportunities.

• All children must be supervised by an adult accompanying a member.

• Members are the only ones allowed to play, non-members and youth are not allowed to play but may be attendance

• AECC does not permit any substance usage in our facility including but not limited to alcohol, THC, vaping, etc.

Not following these rules can result in removal of club and possible removal of all AECC activities in the future.
