
AECC Confirmed Building/Park
AECC Facility Information:
Food: All food must be prepared off-site. There is no cooking in the AECC kitchen. Food and/or liquids cannot be drained in the AECC sink drains. All items brought in must be taken home to be cleaned. There is no storing food/drinks in our refrigerator. We recommend bringing a cooler for storing food and drinks.
Setup: We will have a staff member present to assist with set up/take down. There are tables and chairs for 60 people. Glitter, confetti, and related products are not allowed.
Supervision: The gym is available, but MUST be supervised by someone 18+ at all times. Our onsite staff are not to assist with supervision.
Cleanup: All trash can be placed in the dumpster outside. Tables and chairs should be wiped and returned. Please notify AECC staff when party cleanup is set to take place.
Note: Do not remove any furniture from the gameroom. For Community Room meetings, food is not allowed. No bounce houses are allowed to be used.
AECC Park Information:
Food: For parties, food is allowed and must be brought and stored with personal cooling items. NO alcohol allowed at any parks. For events, food trucks must have insurance and a copy must be present for the Village Board meeting approval.
Setup: Must communicate with AECC staff prior to moving any of the park tables. Parties are responsible for their own setup.
Supervision: Playgrounds are available, but MUST be supervised by someone 18+ at all times. Our onsite staff are not to assist with supervision.
Cleanup: All trash and other items brought MUST be taken out. Garbages onsite are not for large items, parties must dispose of their own garbage.
Note: Failure to abide by park and facility rules can result in being denied future reservation requests.
