Service Description

The AECC has a downstairs cafe, meeting room and full size gym that guests can take advantage of when they book the facility for their events. Facility Amenities - We have six round tables in the cafe area that seat 6 (up to 10 total) - The Meeting Room has three 8ft rectangle tables with chairs - The gym can be used for games (Basketballs can be provided upon request) Please Note: The oven and refrigerator/freezer are unavailable for party use (sink only)


Cancellation Policy

AECC Building-Use Guidelines Food: All food must be prepared offsite, there is no cooking in the AECC kitchen. Food or cooking liquids cannot be rinsed down the kitchen sink drains. There is no storage space in the kitchen refrigerator. We suggest bringing coolers and ice to meet your needs for the day. Setup: The AECC supervisor will assist you in your setup and takedown. There are tables and chairs for around ~60 people. Please do not use any glitter related products. Supervision: Use of gym requires at least, two adults to supervise. The game room (cafe area) needs at least one adult supervising. Cleanup: All trash can be placed in the dumpster on the outside of the building. Tables should be cleaned and floors swept. Contact the AECC supervisor when it's time to start picking up. Other: No bounce houses are allowed. Note: Please do not remove any furniture from the board/meeting room. The cloth/fabric charts are not used for community activities. There is no eating or drinking in the board room.
