These park requests need to be approved by the Village of Newark. Please book at least 1 month in advance of the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines for Perkins / Ross and Hoffman park pavilions Trash: The parks are carry in, carry out. Please bring trash bags with you and dispose of all items related to pavilion use. Please do not leave your trash filled bags at the park. - Please bring a copy of your reservation when using the park pavilion. - Each park pavilion has six picnic tables. Please do not move tables from another pavilion into your pavilion area. - The park restrooms are not always open. It depends on the month and day of the week. if it will be staffed. Some parks may have port-a-potty available, Perkins park has a dedicated restroom available. - All cars need to be parked in the designated parking areas. Any car, parked on the grass may be subject to a ticket from the Newark Police Department - If you need to cancel your pavilion reservation, please do so online or call the AECC 315-331-2532 - If you are having alcohol, you need to apply for an alcohol permit at the Village of Newark Police Dept. There is no fee involved, but be aware that glass containers are not allowed. - Bounce houses must be accompanied by an insurance certificate and approval is needed by the village. - No water slides are permitted.
